  • Parkour is a movement based sport/art-form in which one navigates through their environment with an efficient, intelligent, and creative approach. Parkour is mainly comprised of running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, and rolling. Parkour builds a problem-solving type mentality, while strengthening the body! Unlike in other sports the goal of Parkour is not point or score based, but is rather to understand and continuously build upon one’s inherent capabilities in a safe progressive manner.

  • Curriculum: Our Parkour program offers Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced skill level classes. Beginner level classes are offered for children ages 7 – 12, while Intermediate level classes are offered to children ages 13 – 17. Children younger than 13 may enter the intermediate level upon instructor decision. The Advanced class is an invite only class for all ages; please see below.
  • Parkour Team: Comprised of our own students who have exceptionally developed their Parkour, Flip Force San Diego has a Parkour Team. The team trains together, during our Advanced (Invite Only) Class held Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00pm. Parkour Team puts on demonstrations for Flip Force San Diego at our own gym as well as school or special/holiday events.
